Forum Fee:

All fees include proceedings, drinks during breaks, lunch on both days, Gala Evening and V.A.T.

€ 780,–
€ 680,– if you register before January 18, 2010 (early booking discount)
€ 140,– for students (limited)
€ 350,– for members of universities (limited) including proceeedings, refreshments during breaks, lunch on both conference days, dinner reception and VAT

 

Registration:

Please register by February 5, 2010 at the latest, by mail or fax or online.

 

Invoice:

Please pay the invoice which will be sent to you together with your confirmation, by bank transfer, VISA or Mastercard.

 

Hotel Reservation:

(see Hotels)
We will not be able to accept any room reservation after February 5, 2010 as we have to return the block bookings.

 

Cancellation:

The Forum Fee will be refunded (minus a cancellation fee of € 50,–, or € 12,– for students, plus VAT) for cancellations made in writing by February 5, 2010 (based on the postage date). Cancellations after that date will incur the full Forum Fee.
