We have negotiated special rates incl. breakfast which are bookable until February, 6th 2012. Please let us know with your registration which hotel you would like us to reserve and if you require a single or double room. Please settle your invoice yourself at departure. Costs arising from cancellations will be your responsibility.
Cancellation:
The registration fee will be refunded (minus a cancellation fee of € 50,–, or € 12,– for students, plus VAT for administrative costs) for cancellations made in writing by February, 7th 2012 (postal date). Cancellations after this date will result in the forfeit of the full registration fee.

The Forum will conclude with a prize for the paper judged to be – by far – the most impressive. So a little bit of hard work and ambition will not be in vain. Speakers from the Program Committee or AVL are not eligible take part in the competition.
